Product Description

Are you accomplishing important things in your
life and at work?

When it comes to accomplishment, Toby Donovan is stumped. He's been charged with leading a difficult team tasked with overhauling the company's call center, and his boss is breathing down his neck. But Toby has a secret weapon: his cousin and best friend, Rex, who is a SWAT Commander. Using the simple concepts of systems thinking, Rex shows Toby how to seize the accomplishment, whether it's a bad guy holed up in a stronghold or a business process which is slowing down the entire organization. Follow along as Toby's story unfolds and he figures out how "Systems Working All Together" can be the best "Special Weapons and Tactics" available.

4You need this book if you work with others
By Reg Nordman
A very good book on using systems thinking. This is a great application of many of the most useful parts of lean and six sigma thinking. I enjoyed how the author has boiled this to a simple to digest and apply process. By using the business fable format, he draws you in as the reader. I read this at one sitting, I could not put it down. If you run a business, conduct meetings and want to accomplish things in your life with groups, this is a very useful book!
