This book takes up in short how to write a electronic letter in the way the receiver of it will appreciate. Since the cost of the electronic version of this book is null, I see no reason why anyone should not give this book a five minutes read and perhaps impalement some of it's advice.
I consider it a good book. A bit short but a must read for everyone writing e-mails and posting threads on forums.
