I love this magazine. I have always had a hard time finding it in the states and the last few months can't find it at all. I used to see it occasionally at Walgreen's or Barnes and Noble. I went to Psychologies website to sign up for a subscription and it told me I couldn't in the US. So I almost can't believe I will actually get this. I just ordered today on Amazon and it'll be end of July/August before I get a copy. I'm so excited and pleased to be able to get this again. The articles get right to the point. I find everything about this magazine helpful. Thanks Amazon!!!

Bought my first copy in 2008, and wouldn't think of tossing it anytime soon. Article titles such as: HEAL YOUR PAST-CHANGE YOUR FUTURE, THE SLEEP WELL DIET, FLEX SEX, DR. HEAL YOURSELF, WHAT MAKES YOU TICK?...
I found the entire magazine to be well written, timely and concise with informative and varied topics. Highly recommended.

I picked up this magazine in the Sears Tower lower level magazine and candy shop. It has some extremely good articles with real content and not just "self help material". Yet clear enough for most lay people with literary skills. So glad to see it offered through Amazon, as this UK publication did not have the normal insert for subscriptions. Cannot wait to have my subscription start!
