What am I missing here?
By A. Marstaller
I logged on to read the reviews for this "inventory" because I was convinced I hadn't received my entire order. If you are an instructor/professor please spare your students the expense and purchase one to make copies. What a ridiculous price for a 4 page (only 2 that are useful) self assessment.

Not worth it
By Susan Beck
The LPI tool is very useful for learning about your leadership strengths and weaknesses and I highly recommend it. However, this product only includes the LPI Survey for self-administration (4 pages)for $10.00. The old version used to provide information on scoring and interpretation thus this product is not very useful by itself. I had my students buy it and regret my choice.

Leadership Inventory
By T. McNaughton
It is nice to have a inventory of leadership practices. However, the cost is not worth the minimal amount of information.
