4A High Touch Tool in a High Tech World
By Lisa Nirell
In today's high tech, over stimulated world, it is easy to forget the importance of human understanding, clear communication, and team harmony.

Roberta skillfully and pragmatically outlines an endless supply of practical tips to help you seek deeper understanding and alignment.I especially liked her homage to various management types, and how to skillfully deal with them. You won't learn that by lingering on Facebook for hours a day.

As we have seen with market pacesetters such as Joie de Vivre Hospitality, Virgin Atlantic, and Zappos, profitable growth begins with self-awareness and a passionate culture. Suddenly in Charge establishes the foundation for building strong leaders and an energized, sustainable culture.

Don't delay. Make this how to guide a must read for your organization!

5A mindstorm of ideas.
By Javoa
Roberta Matuson is a whirling dervish of ideas and insights. Her peerless, breezy style embodies a skillful use of the latest insights in cognitive psychology and neuroscience that will surely hammer home her positive dictums about relating to your superiors, peers and subordinates up and down the corporate feeding chain. Matuson writes in a easy, iterative style that makes you feel as if she were in the room with you - your own intensive executive coach. If you miss the point in the first sentence (unlikely), don't worry, the book will ensure that you're a ready convert by the end of the chapter. Recommended for anyone with ambitions to rise in the corporate world but feels less than certain about how the needs, desires and motivations of their coworkers can be worked to maximum personal success
