Just started, and it helps already
By M. Johns
I am in the middle of a training design project, and only took a few minutes to look at this book, and it has helped already. Unlike a lot of other material, the information in this book is very clear, short, and to the point. There are a lot of visual aids, and pros and cons are listed frequently, making decision-making very easy.
