Our Employees Love It!
By Robert Irish
As President and COO of a manufacturing company and CEO of several companies previously, I wish I had had this remarkable book long ago. What is most impressive is how the employees here enthusiastically embrace the utilization of the four pieces of the accountability puzzle. They now feel empowered to hold themselves and their colleagues accountable for getting it done right the first time. Internal and external communications have greatly improved. Mistakes are decreasing, frustration levels have greatly diminished and we have only been using this book for nine weeks.
