Patricia Pulliam Phillips is president of The ROI Institute and chairman and CEO fo the Chelsea Group. Phillips has implemented ROI in private- and public-sector organization and has conducted ROI studies on many programs, including leadership development, sales, new-hire orientation, human performance improvement, as well as K-12 educator development.
