This book is one of the best books we have read on the subject of leadership. It gives excellent advice, powerful insights, and sound wisdom. As business owners, we are always looking for ways to improve our leadership skills which result in better performance, more production and bottom line profits. This book by Brian Tracy helps you improve all three of areas!

Brian's latest book provides a complete roadmap for becoming a successful leader in this phenomenal new release for 2010. This book delivers a powerful, perfect blueprint for leadership success in today's tough economic climate, with detailed tactics (including military analogies) that are necessary to succeed in today's business world.
Having bought all of Brian's books and videos, and having become very successful over the last decades thanks to what he's taught me, I can heartily recommend this latest one as a thoughtful, action-oriented resource for managers, executives, entrepreneurs and anyone else involved in growing and leading a business enterprise.
