Great Book

I bought this book for an online class. The material was spot on for what I needed to get an A in the class. I would recommend this book for anyone who wanted to learn about Basic Hotel and Restaurant Accounting. I would also recommend it for any small restaurant owner out there so that they can know what their accountant is doing, or so they can do thei own books.
