Same book as offered at school

This is the same book as offered at the school. The school was sold out so I had to purchase through Amazon. The only problem I had was the AH&LA exam was not with the book and it should have been. Amazon customer service was awesome. One call and they put me in touch with the AH&LA who sent me the exam overnight.

The used book was in very good condition. There was some delay in receiving the book but once I communicated with the vendor I received a response right away. I was able to track the package and close the deal. Thanks

Front Office

It was the wrong book. Amazon did not provide an "edition" date so in return i got the wrong book.
