Know Where You Get Your Energy

In today's fast-moving world, you need all the energy you can get and sometimes you need to re-charge in the middle of a busy day. You can do that if you know where you get your energy.

Some people get energy from talking to people, others from being alone. There are people who get energy from ideas and others who re-charge their batteries with a simple physical activity, like a short walk.

Which are you? Once you know where you get your energy, you'll know what to do when you need to re-charge your batteries.
