Sharon Boller is founder and president of Bottom-Line Performance, Inc., an Indianapolis-based consulting firm that specializes in custom training course design and development as well as performance consulting. She has been in the field of training and development for more than 20 years, and has extensive experience in instructional design and performance consulting. Her expertise includes the design and development of instructor-led and Web-based programs, management of diverse teams that blend internal and external team members, and management of virtual teams.
